We are looking out for someone who can come onboard to play this very critical and collaborative role. This role involves a lot of collaboration with HR BPs, Top Leaders, Managers and external Consultants.
HR Leaders with 4 - 6 years of experience in setting up, designing and executing an end-to-end performance and compensation framework.
Education : MBA - Tier I/II B School
