Lead - Performance and Compensation

About of the role :

Designation : Manager / Senior Manager

  • Being a people-centric organization our existing team has built People and HR practices which have helped our employees during their journey with the organization. Journey of the HR team at Rebel Foods is similar to any other function in a start-up. We learnt and improved every day, every stage. Our values and cultural principals really helped us to understand our employees better and we were able to support and empower them better through our practices.
  • As we evolve in our organizational journey, we are focusing on an organization that works towards being a better version of itself everyday. We truly believe that in order to achieve our organizational goals, we need to develop our people and empower them through a focused learning and development approach
  • Our Performance and Compensation Leader will work closely with our People & Culture COE to help drive a culture of high performance in line with the organizational goals
  • At Rebel, our goal is to have an integrated view of our people’s potential and their performance. Performance and Compensation Leader will help us design an integrated performance and talent module to help the leadership gain holistic view of our people
  • Performance and Compensation Leader will help us enhance our existing performance management process and system to help provide an exceptional experience to our employees

There would be a lot of interesting long term and short term projects which you can work on if you decide to join us :

  • Integrate our performance management process for kitchen and non-kitchen people
  • Design and deploy an end-to-end performance management system that enhances employees’ and managers’ experience
  • Integrate performance management with people development and career advancement in view of Rebel’s competency framework
  • Own Rebel’s Total Pay Philosophy framework and define Rebel wide compensation philosophy in view of the overall performance management approach

We are looking out for someone who can come onboard to play this very critical and collaborative role. This role involves a lot of collaboration with HR BPs, Top Leaders, Managers and external Consultants.

HR Leaders with 4 - 6 years of experience in setting up, designing and executing an end-to-end performance and compensation framework.

Education : MBA - Tier I/II B School
