Customer Support Executive

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, google forms, feedback systems and practices.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is desired but not mandatory.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Go-getter attitude with high sense of ownership.

Experience:

  • 1-3 Years in customer calling profiles.
  • Education: Graduation is mandatory .
  • English mandatory and native-speaker proficiency in any of these languages: Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi.
