Customer Support Executive
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Familiarity with MS Office, google forms, feedback systems and practices.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is desired but not mandatory.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Go-getter attitude with high sense of ownership.
- 1-3 Years in customer calling profiles.
- Education: Graduation is mandatory .
- English mandatory and native-speaker proficiency in any of these languages: Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi.
