About The Role


As an Associate Account Manager (Sales), you are responsible for building the foundation of Business development in your respective city. You will research and identify new business opportunities, seek out appropriate contact in the organization and generate leads for your team


This role has immense growth potential within the organization structure and the best learning grounds to hone your skills in Media Sales


Responsibility


  • Database Building and Lear sourcing
  • Identify potential advertisers and connect with the right POC
  • Growing the top of the sales funnel for your team
  • Campaign Management
  • Coordinating with the client and operations team for smooth execution of media campaigns
  • Account Management
  • You will independently be servicing small and medium accounts
  • Helping senior managers in handling key accounts of the city


Day To Day Work


Database building :


  • Identify new brand/company basis trends, market knowledge, current advertisers
  • Reach out and make connections with identified brand/company via E-Mail and Linkedin
  • Understanding clients business, identifying their marketing problems, and collecting the marketing campaign brief
  • Plan the advertising campaign basis the brief and get a go-ahead from clients to execute the advertising campaign


Campaign Management


  • Coordinate with clients for smooth flow of work and reporting of ongoing advertising campaigns
  • The work hours are equally split between - answering emails/calls and campaign execution & campaign planning


Must Have


  • Freshers or Maximum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role
  • Agility
  • Willingness to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Good communication
  • Excellent verbal and written English language capability
  • Good logical reasoning, arithmetic, and analytical abilities
  • Decent knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • People management and team handling skills
  • Ability to carry out a quick online research to find insights/data
  • Quick to observe
  • Trends in the market, Campaign issues, client expectation, team issues


Academic Qualification: B Tech or MBA
