Job Summary
The Sourcing Recruiter will be responsible for candidatepipeline development, both active and passive. The role includes directsourcing, initial screening and qualifying candidates according to jobspecifications.
- Identify potential candidatesthrough the use of intricate Boolean searches, user groups, social networking,candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and ATS
- Screen and pre-qualifycandidates
- Integrate diversity sourcingstrategies into candidate development strategies
- Collaborate with Recruiters to develop and execute tacticalsourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overallrecruiting goals
Minimum 2-5yrs recruiting or sourcing experience. 2+years recruiting or sourcing for a global enterprise preferred
- Recruiter with Experience in US Staffingmarket with blue collar hiring experience
- Sourcing & Screening forSkills like forklift operators, light industrial workers, picker packers etc.
- Should be ready to work in nightshift.
- Ability to generate a high volumeand high-quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines.
- Prioritize multiple functions,tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment.
- Deep knowledge of sourcingmethodologies and tools.
- Exceptional interviewing,communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to partner withrecruiters and hiring managers
- Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills, an ability to multitask, strong attention to detail andbe able to work autonomously.
