My son has autism and he has texture issues and he only eats chicken items n he will try new things if u try with him but don't force it on him, his a cuddle bug as well n does talk for he will let u know if his hungry or want something by taking u there. Wen his sleepy he throws a fit just hold him n shake your legs if his sitting in your lap n just sing to him n talk to him nicely he will pass out in ur arms n his not Potty trained his really delayed in that field but its ok
