SAFe Agile Business Analyst

Agile Business Analyst with SAFe experience URGENTLY required for a largeCloud / IT Networktransformation programme based in Berkshire. The Agile Business Analyst will be responsible for implementingScaled Agile Framework (SAFe)on thecomplex Cloud / IT networking programmeusing Kanban boards, Jira to log tickets for agile development etc.

THE ROLE:

• Gather requirements forCloud / IT Network / Connectivity products (SDN / NFV SD-WAN)
• Participate inagile ceremonies(SI planning, PI planning, scrum meetings, sprint retrospective) and customer workshops as necessary
• Define end user & product owner requirements
• Delivercapabilities & acceptance criteriathat support the business requirements and objectives of the project
• Maintain data integrity inConfluence & Jirafor capabilities and features created by the BA Service
• Facilitate prioritisation ofcapabilities and featuresand capture results in Jira
• Input into traceability decisions of features gained through solution and system demos
• Map out optimal business processes (Lean)
• Work with the Agile development team improve understanding offeatures / user stories
• Deliveruser storiesand acceptance criteria if required
• Deliver features and acceptance criteria for prioritised capabilities
• Deliverfeaturesfor input into a release trains
• Participate in the Scrum processes to help implement Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)

REQUIREMENTS:

• SeniorAgile Business Analysis skills(7 years of experience)
• Experience implementing and usingScaled Agile Framework (SAFe)within Agileenvironments
• Experience indeliveringcustomer projects
• Experience working withlarge technology ortelecommunications organisations
• Excellentstakeholder managementskills with the confidence to question and challenge effectively at a senior level
• Experience withJira & Confluence
• Knowledge oftelecommunicationsnetworksi.e. WAN, LAN, IP-VPN, SDN, NFV, SD-WAN
• Cloud experience
