Audit planning and execution, including evaluation of supplier process design and operating effectiveness of controls, documentation of audit results, communication of audit results to management, and verification of issue closure. This may entail acting as individual contributor or leading a team for auditors.
Assist or lead audit engagements including supplier process compliance, risk assessment, control evaluation, follow-up and verification of issue closure.
Partner with other groups and regions within JPMC to ensure the delivery of a seamless program of audit coverage for CWP and ITPS for APAC.
Demonstrate and maintain functional competency, staying up to date with evolving regulatory and industry developments impacting the Contingent Workforce Management area.
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory requirements related to Contingent Workforce Management.
Find ways to drive efficiencies in audit process through automation.
Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders and external auditors.
Establish and maintain a business climate and culture that encourages integrity, respect, excellence and innovation.
MIS - Invoice reporting, invoice validation, facilitating the invoice submission process with Suppliers
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
Minimum4+ years' experience in a financial services firm, with an audit or risk/control background
Good understanding of the audit and compliance concepts
Good communication and interpersonal skills required with ability to present complex and sensitive issues to senior management.
Ability to evaluate and determine the accuracy and implementation of effective controls
Strong analytical skills, particularly in regard to identification of internal control weaknesses
Ability to lead and audits for suppliers and manage audit work executed remotely, manage multiple projects
Proficiency in risk assessment, issue/impact analysis and executive report preparation.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure, and willing to take personal responsibility/accountability.
Works well individually and in teams, shares information, supports colleagues and encourages participation.
