Job Designation: Retail Excellence Manager
Key Roll: Retail Excellence Manager - Reporting and Analysis of Mi Promoter and Mi Buddy Program for offline channel
.Prepare daily Productivity reports of MI Promoters & MI Buddy Program
.Analyze sell-through and sellout data to give actionable insights on performance improvement of bottom performers
.Prepare monthly PLA working for Promoters & TLs
.Coordination with the Sales Team to Execute the Sellout Operations
.Have to Take the Responsibility for Promoter and MI Buddy Hygiene
.ProficientlyDrive Affordability in the respective Zone (Brand EMI Schemes )
.Need to coordinate with the Agency for Hiring and Pay Out related.
.Support internal teams in co-ordination with various Manpower agencies
.Maintain correct database in system as per inputs from sales team.
.Periodically Market Visits to Facilitate Sellout Operations.
Selection Criteria - Maximum age of 35 yrs., Should have good knowledge of Excel and Have Handled Agency and Markets Strategy
Must have relevant experience in a similar role and Retail industry.
