As a Product Analyst on our Skills Analytics team, you will play a critical role in helping users achieve their goals. You will partner with product teams to drive product strategy and product development through data-informed insights and recommendations. This entails structuring, scoping, and conducting analyses to deepen our understanding of the product, evaluate product outcomes, and discover opportunities to deliver better outcomes. Build strategic partnerships with product leaders, product managers, designers, and engineers
Generate user behavior and product engagement insights to inform product strategy, identify product opportunities, and prioritize these opportunities
Collaborate with product teams throughout the product development process to validate hypotheses with data, including designing and measuring the impact of A/B experiments
Define, measure, visualize, and evaluate product outcomes
Review analytics implementation to ensure creation of high quality data
Communicate insights and recommendations through a variety of mediums
3+ years of analytics experience, solving business problems with data
Proficient in SQL and web analytics (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Amplitude)
Demonstrated ability to structure analyses and generate relevant insights to achieve business and product goals
Excellent at communicating complex analyses to a non-technical audience and telling compelling stories with data insights and visualizations
Experience collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams
Understanding of web analytics tracking and event / metadata tagging strategies is a plus
Proficient in Tableau, R, and/or Python is a plus
