Job Description Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.Ability to work well with internal teams, including developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the industry and in general. Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage.Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly.Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product.Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.Assess and address technical risks.Understand and analyze data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.Serve as a product evangelist and subject matter expert to the technical/developer community.Coordinate beta tests.Use database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.

Purpose - Broad objective of the role
A demonstrated track of developing fast-growing CPaaS/ Cloud Communication Business. 4+ years of hands-on experience within product management, engineering, and go-to-market teams. 4+ years' experience with products in the real-time media, telecommunications, corporate telecom, contact center or unified communications space. Experience managing cloud-based developer facing products such as API services, application deployment platforms or developer tools. Experience managing global teams in a high-growth technology company. Proven experience building and launching complex platforms at scale and providing product direction to meet customer needs. 4+ years of Agile Methodologies. Highly analytical skills with the ability to translate between strategic business decisions and their quantitative implications. Ability to make quick decisions with incomplete information based on business demands. Detail-orientation with great organizational skills, comfortable with ambiguity and ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to be personable yet persistent. Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance. Working knowledge of modern web technologies including cloud computing-based APIs and protocols (REST, JSON, SOAP). Excellent customer engagement skills and communication skills across all audiences. Fluency in English (written and verbal). Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
