As a Quality Control & Assurance Leadhand, you will provide support to the overall success of service delivery.

Your work will include:

  • Ensure that day-to-day functions follow the strategies of Dexterra in advancing the goals of the organization.
  • Planning, implementation, and review of the Quality Management System,
  • Meet with Management, determine staffing requirements
  • Key point of contact with the General Safety team
  • Performs regular audits of the operations to ensure quality expectations are being met
  • Reviewing room flips and standards
  • Drafting reports and making written recommendations.
  • Align maintenance strategies with KPI requirements

Qualifications


WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A clear criminal record check is required for this role.
  • Housekeeping or cleaning understanding preferred.
  • Computer skills needed for apps for inspections
