Service Technician



What will you be doing?



Carry out any work that's related to lift maintenance. 


Responsible for accurate and real-time back reporting of work performed to ensure accuracy of customer notification


Responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with customers


Perform maintenance, repairs, and installation in collaboration with other Field Service Specialists


Manages daily workload with minimal assistance from Supervisor


Effective communication with all stakeholders


Ensure safety at all times


Depending on seniority, you may be required to give training/coaching to persons nominated by the supervisor


Willing to work on extra hours and during weekend if got urgent task.


Are you the one?


At least certificates in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM 3) or equivalent.


Fresh graduates with technical background are encouraged to apply.


Minimum 3 years’ experience in elevator and escalator industry is an advantage.


Have a basic mechanical and electrical knowledge.


Able to read wiring diagram.


Possesses a service mindset.


Willing to travel.


Possesses own transport and valid motorbike license.


Able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Have a basis digital foundation skill to use KONE system and application via mobile phone for work purpose.
