Customer Service Engineer

Responsibilities : 

Direct report to Head of Customer Service Engineer
Work closely with Sales Engineer
Handling enquiries by customers
Drafting cutting tool drawings by using Autocad, Briscad Programme
Communicate with oversea suppliers for quotation
Handling customer order
Opportunities to travel to oversea for conference meeting / training

Requirements : 

Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office
Knowledge in using Autocad & Solid Works
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Strong organizational skill
Strong communication skills – both spoken and written with a good command of English and Mandarin (working closely with China and Taiwan supplier)
Good working attitude, self-motivated and willing to learn
Experience or Fresh graduate is welcome as training will be provided
