As a Lead Backend PHP Developer, you will be the core of their business, working in a large cross-functional Engineering team. You will be building high-quality backend systems that are both interesting and challenging, achievable only through transparency and effective collaboration. In your Lead position, you will be guiding your team to complete objectives as well as mentoring junior developers, playing a large part in their progression.

Tech environment: PHP, Node.JS, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, DevOps,

What you will need:

• PHP (preferably Symfony - not a must)
• Knowledge of Node.JS is a bonus
• Ideally experience with TDD
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Experience lading teams and mentoring juniors OR feel you are ready to make the step up and do so
