HR Manager | Designer Retail | Hybrid
Our client is a leading Australian designer label, selling designer wear, swimwear, kids wear and accessories through boutiques across Australia and overseas.

The HR Manager is a 12month maternity leave cover role and will be based in their Sydney office. Reporting to the Head of HR, you'll manage a variety of tasks, including:
Providing support and guidance to HRBP, HR Assistant, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive issues arise.
Managing the Talent Acquisition process and strategy for managerial and corporate roles.
Working closely with Head of HR for advice and guidance regarding legal issue and ensuring required approvals are obtained when required
Assisting the senior management to provide resolutions for Employee Relations issues
Partnering with Retail Director and Payroll Manager in Sydney HQ to ensure award compliance
Coordinating Training sessions in conjunction with Retail Management team
Implementing and managing the WHS Management system across the retail network
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in managing and supporting general HR functions, ideally within retail or hospitality industry.
You enjoy partnering with executive leadership, you have sound knowledge of employee relations, performance management, recruitment, payroll and you thrive working in a fast-paced retail environment. Recruitment is a strength of yours, and you are passionate about the fashion industry.
