They a fun + fast paced workplace and are looking for a Client Services Manager who can act as a custodian across a portfolio of a variety of their key accounts.

About the Role

The overall objective of the 'Client Services Manager' (CSM) is to maintain and enhance client retention and satisfaction. Alongside 4 other CSM's, you will provide consultation, advice, and assistance to clients. Your goal is to cultivate strong partnerships with clients, reflected in improved sales opportunities, efficiency, and financial performance. You will help ensure client retention by delivering the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.


Reporting to the Head of Client Services, some of your duties will include:
Establish rapport and maintain routine, meaningful contact with the clients
Consult with clients to identify opportunities to enhance the service experience
Identify and communicate opportunities to expand services in ways that add value, increase satisfaction, and help ensure client retention
Maintain expert understanding of contractual terms, financial particulars, and scope of work
Routinely engage internal teams to ensure their understanding of customers partnership needs

Skills & Experience

To be a successful candidate, you must have:
Previous experience within Account Management or a similar role - 3 years minimum
Exceptional business acumen, communication, and organisation skills
Ability to take charge, prioritize and manage multiple priorities independently
Tech savviness - MS Office Suite, in particular MS Excel
