About the role
As a Junior Sales Assistant, you will be a glamaCo customer advocate. Inspired by our awesome customers, you will offer personalised recommendations and product support coupled with excellent customer service so they return and send their friends asking for you!
As well, you will work together as a team and assist in the maintenance and merchandising of in-store inventory across a wide variety of products and promotions.
Every step in this role must be in accordance with company policies and glamaCo's high standards, which are essential in ensuring that the business grows through cooperation and transparency and is underpinned by exceptional customer service.
glamaCo operates 7 days per week, so you must have availability to work and flexibility with hours. The position that you are applying for is for Casual employment. Shifts will be irregular and inconsistent. The roster may include some extended hours during peak trading and promotional periods.
This is a junior position, where junior remuneration is provided. A junior in this role at glamaCo is a person over the age of 15 and under the age of 21. Shifts will be a minimum of 1.5 hours and scheduled on weekends and school holidays when required and will be paid in accordance with the award provisions.

Team members come from a variety of industries, careers and educational backgrounds. It helps if you have had some prior retail or work experience and it's an extra bonus if you are a current customer of glamaCo. As this is a Junior position, prior experience is not essential.
