- Handling complete end-to-end recruitment process (Permanent staffing/C2H).
- Requirement gathering & understanding of the requirements.
- Identifying candidates through various sources such as Job portals, Employee Referrals, Internal databases, and Mass emails.
- Responsible for identifying and matching qualified applicants to specific job requirements.
- Pre-screening candidates to check their interests and skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound Knowledge of Engineering Technologies (telecom, Automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, etc)
- Proven track record in hiring for engineering and IT roles.
- Go-getter attitude
