My client is a well-established mission-based nonprofit located in Washington, D.C. area with a newly created role for an Office Manager. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing office operations including direct support of Executive Director, event planning for holiday parties, and anniversaries, vendor maintenance, and direct support of the COO which includes calendar management, expense reporting, and travel arrangements. This Office Manager is an exciting opportunity that will help shape the culture and morale of the organization . The Office Manager will be responsible for the following duties:

Managing office operations, ordering supplies, conference room set-up

Responsible for managing the calendar of the Executive Director

Vendor relations and managing facilities relations

Assisting with IT set-up and onboarding of new hires

Process expense report, vendor payables, and manage the office budget

Manage Personnel records/documentation, assisting HR Director as needed

BS/BA degree preferred

2 years experience in similar role

Calendar management experience

Proficiency in MS Office

Excellent communication both written and verbal
