Job Description

Summary: Develops, interprets, and implements complex financial and accounting concepts, or techniques for financial planning and control for an assigned group or division by performing the following duties. Creates and achieves budget plans by reporting and consulting with the top management. Objectives may be focused on, but not limited to, budget, asset management, technology transfers, human resource, administration, and analysis of management and operational problems while working closely with the team manager to formulates solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related area

  • 3+ yrs. experience in financial analysis and reporting

Preferred Requirement:

  • Experience working in R D environment

  • Proficiency in Japanese language

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial transactional data and various management reports.

  • Responsible for managing and reporting monthly, quarterly and annually about results against budgets.

  • Supervises and prepares account reconciliations.

  • Prepares the annual and long-range investment plan with the top management.

  • Support the annual planning forecasting process

  • Support the research, design, testing and implementation of new process initiatives for the operating system – enhancing efficiencies minimizing costs.
