Will support and help lead a small team as a business analyst focused on several projects & initiatives - Salesforce customization & implementation, support and digital transformation, new requests for additional features for existing systems; work with product owner, write user stories, meetings/standups/sprints and other BA/scrum tasks, track and keep projects moving - Jira and Kanban boards, work with systems integrator teams
Manage and direct the work efforts of agile teams that are functionally aligned to the portfolio
Partner with the product manager and product owner to develop a product road map, backlog, feature prioritization, and dependency management.
Partner with process management team members to reduce/eliminate waste & Identify automation opportunities
Vendor management including SOW creation, review & invoice management
Facilitate team ceremonies, and drive Program Increment (quarterly) planning activities
Remove impediments affecting the teams ability to deliver
Perform Risk Management and Mitigation Planning activities
Facilitate Change Adoption activities and build Stakeholder relationships
Act as the primary point of contact and communication hub for the project/product
Coach teams and business partners SAFe Agile methodology best practices
Embraces a continuous improvement mindset, and drives the use of agile engineering best practices
Reports on standardized program-level metrics, and understands, tracks, and operates within the program budget
Plays an instrumental role in the organizations Agile transformation, acts as a change agent, and shows strong leadership skills with a positive and collaborative attitude

Able to deliver on time, keep team velocity up and manage team satisfaction
Strong business partnering skills with individuals across the organization in a matrixed environment
Data & analytic skills preferred
Agile Certifications are a plus
