In this key role, youll have broad responsibility and leadership over the Human Resources team for the Parker Aerospace Groups Fluid Systems Division Hauppauge Site. This site has five value streams: FAA Repair Station, Avionics, Power Electronics, Electronics and Fuel Gauging Components. In addition to this site, we have an engineering presence in Fort Worth, TX. We have approximately 185 employees and $100M in annual sales. You will have many opportunities to demonstrate leadership by making a positive impact on your team and business partners. Human Resources is a critical part of running our business and has a seat on the Site Leadership Team. We are seeking talent who can demonstrate leadership skills as a strategic HR Business Leader who will be relied upon to bring results-based business acumen into play. High level of organization skills, engagement and communication are necessary to build relationships across multiple teams with the goal of further positioning HR as a strategic business partner.
Eight or more years of major professional accomplishments, including increasing responsibility and overall leadership of Human Resources teams for eight to ten years. Experience supporting a manufacturing environment preferred.
Masters in HR Management or MBA with an HR Management emphasis preferred. SPHR Certification preferred. BA in Human Resources, Business or related discipline required.
Demonstrated leadership and team building experience broad knowledge of business and regulatory environments and trends.
Customer service focus; excellent employee relations, problem solving and conflict resolution experience.
Personal integrity; exceptional communications skills; ability to build strong relationships.
