Marketing Manager, Dynamic Content Strategy

Customer Acquisition and Marketing Platform Productteams strive to transform customer experiences by developing innovative customer growth experiences on our digital assets. We are seeking to expand our team with a talented, data-driven marketing leader focused on the improving dynamic entry points and owned media capabilities to drive customer acquisition.

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the vision for cross-channel templates and capabilities to deliver new placements and optimize existing ones. You'll be responsible for collaborating with marketing teams across the firm, product owners, design teams and analytics to create the vision and roadmap that will increase customer engagement. This is a highly collaborative role which requires you to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders in order to enable customer-first experiences.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop a cohesive vision and strategy for cross line of business for new entry points, ad templates and dynamic navigation roadmaps across digital channels
  • Expand owned media capabilities and personalized insights inventory
  • Create exit and retargeting strategies to bring customers back into the funnel
  • Ensure executional excellence in partnership with product owners, lines of business, and cross functional partners
  • Create and maintain the test and learn agenda and backlog to support strategic business priorities; help with the vetting and prioritization of proposed tests to maximize value
  • Provide connection with other shopping leads to ensure a cohesive customer journey across the digital and physical landscapes
  • Constantly assess the landscape and competition in order to fuel blue sky/out of the box new ideas
  • Leverage analytics and data to identify opportunities to improve funnel performance and prioritize work
  • Be a customer advocate, relentlessly champion better experiences across physical and digital channels
  • Prepare decks and updates for senior leadership on results and outcomes
  • Manages end to end controls process to ensure compliance

Additional requirements:
  • 4 year degree in Marketing, Advertising, Analytics, or Finance
  • 8+ years of marketing experience with expertise in digital conversion strategies and innovation, especially within mobile channels
  • Financial services industry experience a plus
  • Excels at managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and planning skills
  • Develops strong partnerships; recognized as a team player
  • Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results
  • Skilled and comfortable at working in a highly matrixed organization
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
