As a engineer on the Small Business Payments team, you will be responsible for development on complex functionality, working on all aspect of the Software Development life cycle building Microservices for payment services. You will be responsible for designing solutions on modern technology stack, handling them end-to-end, all the way up to production rollout, working closely with business partners and global stakeholders directly.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Hands on experience with Java & SpringBoot developing Microservices and Restful API's
Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
Knowledge of databases such as SQL and/or NoSQL and entity relationship modeling is a plus
Designing and developing highly reliable, scalable server platforms with attention to detail
Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
