The Recruiter is responsible for the fulfillment of vacant positions for assigned client groups within the division. The ideal individual will provide strategic and consultative recruitment services to business leaders. The Recruiter leads all talent acquisition practices, goals, and objectives which will support a best in class high-performance culture with emphasis on the recruitment of a superior workforce for assigned client groups.

Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to identify issues and resolve programs in a timely manner

  • Possess strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR team, HR client groups, and in group presentations and meetings

  • Effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information

  • Prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently with minimum supervision

  • Organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality

  • Dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to direction, and must be open to ongoing coaching and feedback


  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience required

  • Previous healthcare experience strongly preferred

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems required

  • Ability to provide for the confidential treatment of all communications and records required

  • Proficiency with MS Office required

  • Experience with PeopleSoft strongly preferred

  • Intermediate level skills in Excel with data analytics experience preferred
