Recruiting Coordinator, CoinDesk

We are hiring a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent team as we enter a stage of exciting hypergrowth. The ideal candidate has a passion for details and is extremely meticulous in their communications. We see this role as fundamental to the success of the entire people team. You are detail oriented, can multi-task, and most importantly, can communicate extremely well with an emphasis on providing white-glove service to both the candidates that interact with our organization and internal staff.

In the first 3-6 months you will onboard and learn our most fundamental processes with exposure to our ATS and beyond that our hope is that you will be working autonomously and taking on sourcing efforts to grow your recruiting skills with a trajectory toward full lifecycle recruitment.

  • Act as a CoinDesk brand ambassador supporting media, Indices, and Consensus: represent CoinDesk when interacting with all applicants and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Communicate with candidates, maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality and professionalism, over email, phone, or text to schedule, remind and follow up on interviews through the onboarding process
  • Assists recruitment team with gathering candidate availability for initial screenings and resolve scheduling conflicts accordingly
  • Stay close to the population and candidates to monitor interview progress. Work with interviewers and hiring managers to resolve any scheduling conflicts that may arise. Add, cancel, or make changes to interview/meeting appointments when necessary
  • Assist recruitment team with Greenhouse data input assisting with creation of templates for communication and interview scorecards
  • Maintain data integrity in HRIS (Bamboo) for onboarding communications
  • Work with cross-functional teams in People & HR, IT, and finance to consistently improve the employee lifecycle experience.
  • Contribute to the greater people team with ad hoc projects including but not limited to, visa processing, hardware shipments, onboarding sessions, etc.

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Experience working at a high growth company
  • Excellent communication skills in customer service and experience working collaboratively in a team
  • Ability to fulfill the company's standards and values when performing scheduling tasks
  • Display kindness and be open to providing scheduling accommodations to candidates, and interviewers
  • Have an eye for detail and organization
  • Ability to perform more than one task at a time and solve problems quickly
