Defines, captures, analyzes, and anticipates future business requirements and translates them into Oracle and FCCS solution architecture that fit within the business environment and business objectives. This is a seasoned professional level, capable of carrying out most assignments typical of the profession with limited guidance or review. The Oracle Cloud FCCS Functional expert will be responsible for the ongoing health of FCCS and other EPM modules. This position will work closely with IT, Tax, FP&A and Accounting teams to ensure the accuracy of reporting at the management, transactional, and executive levels. A deep understanding of the Close and Consolidation process will help to identify efficiencies and best practices in these areas.
A Typical Day in the Role of Manager Accounting Technology Might Look Like:
Oversees all efforts within Accounting that involves reporting and data validation for financial systems.
Demonstrates proven understanding of functional Accounting areas.
Responsible for the review process and, on an ongoing basis, resolves issues, errors, or inconsistencies with pertinent team members.
Abides by and keeps current with reporting and data requirements.
Creates and/or reviews SOPs pertinent to areas of responsibility.
Readily adapts to changes vital to grow the business.
Takes direction well and assumes responsibility for completing assigned tasks.
Coordinate with the business to provide inputs for the future enhancements of Oracle.
Work with IT for any SRs for any product defects/bugs.
Identifies areas of need for process improvement and coordinates efforts across functional areas to address process gaps.

You have knowledge of Oracle Cloud (FCCS & EDMCS), and/or Oracle Financial Applications.
You are able to configure FCCS & EDMCS and Oracle GL.
Can analyze requirements, define solution parameters and specifications for Oracle Cloud.

Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in MIS, Business, Computer Science (equivalent professional experience may be considered for substitution for the required degree on an exception basis).

Oracle EPM Certifications in FCCS, EDMCS or PCMCS modules
Held a position within the Finance area of an organization or had a support role supporting Oracle Cloud Financials.
Knowledge in Oracle Financials, primary skills on AR, GL, FA, PA, AP, AGIS
