Event Marketing Assistant

We are currently seeking entry level professionals to fill our Event Assistant position. To be successful in this role the Event Assistant should be outgoing, self-driven and be comfortable learning new skills. 



This position is the key point of contact between the community and our clients in order to further achieve their missions through fundraising, promotional awareness, and outreach. 

Our Event Marketing Assistant should be able to manage relationships and contacts to successfully achieve daily and weekly goals. We are looking for an Event Marketing Assistant who can face new challenges, find ways to motivate, measure performance, evaluate outcomes, and reward teams. 

The Event Assistant will participate in a training period that will suit their knowledge and experience. We focus on developing and enhancing the competitive nature and willingness to lead within every potential candidate.



  • Participate in team meetings where goals will be discussed

  • Experience in customer service, marketing, events or public relations is a plus but not required

  • High school diploma or equivalent
