The Design and Realization of such Capabilities will be executed in Nokias global IT Business Applications department. The Commercial IT team there is seeking innovative and passionate Solution and Technical specialists who share our vision of bringing excellence in all of Nokias Digital Customer interactions.

We are seeking innovative and passionate Program, Solution and Technical specialists, who share our vision of bringing the power of cloud computing to enterprises and are willing to work in cooperation with business representatives, process owners, stakeholders managers and IT partners to proactively understand and capture business functions needs and translate them into IT requirements.

The Commercial IT team will be responsible for successfully creating enterprise Digital Customer experiences, Apttus, SAP and AppExchange application solutions and services and integrating with other enterprise systems and AppExchange partners. Ideally, you have knowledge of ERP, CRM, CLM and CPQ processes.

What you will learn and contribute to

The Product Manager will work as a SME on Quote to Cash and Quote to Order processes in Salesforce Cloud platform with data and integrations experience. This role will be IT facing role and as part of the engagement will work hand in hand with the Sales and Finance Business to formulate solution architect and development team to understand the requirements. Product Manager will have the experience working in Enterprise application related to ERP, QTC, QTO, Billing and Revenue with knowledge of leading the projects with different verticals.

  • The Product Manager applies industry wide used technological expertise to define and position Nokia solutions with business and technical teams at customers. Creatively design solutions, including advanced solutions, that leverage new and legacy products and APIs to integrate Nokia content/capabilities within complex customer and third-party applications

  • The Product Manager must be able to visualize the Enterprise Application, describe model driven architecture, identify automation opportunities for the different enterprise systems, describe both technical and business driven modeling for different enterprise system (Quote to Cash, Contract Management, Order Management, Billing and Revenue)

  • The Product Manager engages closely with the Business to discover Enterprise business and technical requirements as necessary to formulate optimal solutions. They technically sell the solution through presentation/demonstration/illustration and earn business acceptance. Conduct Proof of Concept when appropriate.

  • Deliver formal artifacts to document the solution - Solution Design Document, Work Breakdown Structure, Statement of Work ensuring clear communication on the solution and business responsibilities

  • Perform data architecture and data modeling as necessary to formulate solutions that satisfy customer business requirements using Nokia and customer/third party content

  • Following customer acceptance of the solution, manage the transition of the solution to the implementation team, including transition meeting and delivery/review of artifacts

  • The Product Manager participates in strategic and tactical account planning

  • Follow industry technology trends through self-study and formal training and share that knowledge with Nokia

  • Be able to do common configuration tasks in Salesforce (custom object, fields, workflow rules etc solution.)

  • Experience in solution design from Quote to Order Integration to SAP; Financial reports (P&L; Finance pre-calc)

  • Be able to provide clear updates and estimates for his/her own tasks and also needs to be familiar with Scrum/Agile methodology

  • Should have knowledge about product modeling, data migration, and Quote to Cash process, approval flows

  • Technical Knowledge of strong on about product modeling, pricing, quotation, contract life cycle and integrations

  • Ability to work directly with developers to ensure accurate delivery of new features including testing

  • Working knowledge of Apttus, Salesforce and SAP an advantage

    Your skills and experience

  • Bachelors degree or engineering degree in Telecommunications/Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent

  • 8+ yrs of Process Analysis experience in an ERP, Quote to Cash, Quote to Order and Financial Applications

  • 8+ yrs of experience in Solution Architecture with different technological model in above space

  • Experience with Salesforce, ERP, CPQ, CLM, Order Management

  • Experience with Apttus and SAP / Oracle Fusion is a plus

  • Experience in working with Agile methodology

  • Experience in Data Integration methodology
