This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Product Manager, for WorkforceSolutions you will beresponsible for:

  • Manage the portfolio of defined products, solutions and/or service elements, in line with the given business strategy of workforce Solutions
  • Collaborate with Engineering and UX to develop high priority products and features
  • Collaborates closely with country organization and clinical customers (initial market USA) to implement workforce solutions projects and pilots, collect best practices for internationalization
  • Conceptualize and develop the product, solution and/or service strategy and suggests a long-term roadmap for the lifecycle of the assigned product, solution and/or service portfolio, which ensures their commercial success working closely with the R&D team
  • Constantly observes relevant markets (competitor activities, portfolio gaps, demand and supply conditions, standards, and regulations within target markets, etc.)
  • Creates analyses and decision proposals for Product & Product Portfolio Management Head
  • Collaborates regularly with clinical stakeholders (radiologists, technologists, doctors & nurses) to build the right products, features, track success metrics, and communicate developments.
  • Drives business collaboration across Business Units, Service, Sales, Finance, RA/QA, Legal/Compliance, and Marketing to enhance and manage processes, operations, services, and customer expectations while participating in cross-company initiatives and teams
  • Informs marketing communications activities that provide brand differentiation and result in positive internal and external customer outcomes

Guides opportunity identification and solution ideation with customers andpartners to fully address the potential of digitalization business

  • In depth experience and understanding of the healthcare industry through a direct operational experience within a healthcare provider organization (e.g., hospital, IDN)
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to set priorities and manage multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to present complex ideas on paper and in presentations
  • Strong analytical and technology skills needed as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of Siemens Healthineers services, products, and processes
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, as well as the ability to influence the actions and decision making of others in a matrix organization
  • Successfully serves as point of source of clinical knowledge for area of expertise
  • Ability to travel 20%

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

  • Bachelors degree in a clinical field, business, or engineering. A masters degree or MBA is an advantage
  • 6+ years of experience in healthcare digital products or equivalent education
  • Solid experience in product management, business analysis and project management
  • Individual contributor experience in conducting User research, creating User Journey Maps, Persona Development, creating, refining, and prioritizing feature backlog, creating workflows wireframes and mock-ups to facilitate engineering discussions.
  • Experienced in leading usability testing
  • Experienced in data analysis
