Randstad is currently seeking Project Manager who can operate with excellence and expertise with solid attention to detail and establish and maintain relationships. Our partnering department is looking for someone enthusiastic and not afraid of a challenge whilst making a positive difference and impacting recovery coordination for Victoria.
About your new role
As a committed team player, the Project Manager will collaborate internally and across government to manage effective
implementation of the Recovery Entity Establishment Project. As a Project Manager, you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment to deliver high quality results, and manage project delivery and risk across several workstreams including the new entity operating model, workforce planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement. You will have a highly developed understanding of end-to-end project cycle management, stakeholder engagement and communication and contribute to a positive workplace culture and build relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
What you will need to exceed
You will have strong communication, policy, legislative and regulatory design, and stakeholder management skills.
Be able to Manage project delivery to implement and develop approved plans and strategies within specified
parameters, timeframes and reporting requirements to meet commitments including those of
relevant working and governance arrangements.
Be able to execute work tasks against plan; prioritises tasks in line with risk analysis.
Be able to identify, evaluate, and critically analyse highly complex and sensitive issues, providing timely,
expert information and advice to executive management.
Have the ability to coordinate, liaise and manage across workstreams associated with developing the operating
model and change management plan, as well internal and external stakeholder engagement.
Lead and contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and plans.
Be able to support, develop and mentor any direct reports ensuring that project objectives are
communicated and implemented effectively and appropriately.
