It Service Desk
Multiple positions with Federal Department
Initial 4 month contract kely to be extended or potential to become permanent
A Federal client is looking to take on board Multiple Service Desk Analysts with strong client service chnical skills to support the department.
The successful Service Desk Analysts will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Providing level 1 & 2 IT Service Desk, Onsite support services service desk support.
Logging naging incidents ails through an ITSM database, engaging with a broad range of stakeholders
Manage Installation nfiguration of both software rdware
Utilise ntribute to the support material such as st operating procedures owledge base.
Undertake project work her tasks as required or directed.
The successful Service Desk Analysts will have experience in the following:
Minimum 2 years strong experience in the provision of desktop/network support services, providing onsite support rking within a Service/Help Desk environment.
Demonstrated ability working with IT best practice based on ITIL, including the use of an ITIL compliant ITSM tool, Ivanti Service Manager is desirable.
Experience owledge in a broad range of technical skills including Confidential Active Directory change, Citrix, Windows 10, Confidential Office, VPN, Mobility Devices including tablets, Next G, Telephony, deo Conferencing.
Strong client service focus, with ability to deliver quality customer service gage with nage stakeholders
Well-established communication gotiation skills, both verbal itten.
