About you:
You are a highly competent and experiencedContracts Administratorlooking to further your career in a high caliber environment with huge scope for growth. You are highly motivated and use your logical and lateral thinking, as well as excellent organisational skills to provide support to the Project Management team on a daily basis.
You are experienced in provision of subcontract and supplier management support and development of standardised Procurement documentation. You are comfortable to take the lead in supporting the project team in administration of contract notices, development of systems to ensure smooth transitions between site, suppliers and invoices.
What you need
3+ years in a similar Contracts Administrator role - in Construction
You have strong commercial and financial acumen
Tertiary qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, finance, accounting, legal or business discipline is preferable.
You have had strong exposure to construction and construction methodology
You are enthusiastic and a customer focused professional providing exemplary service to clients
Experience in preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes and procurement schedules
Experience dealing with progress claims and variations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and people management skills
Able to manage a diverse team of skilled trades and subbies
Commitment, energy, and drive
Proven track record of working to strict deadlines
