Application Support Engineer L2 / Devops Engineer

You will be working closely with our team in Alpha Fintech a ppro company, a cloud-based platform that allows for the seamless integration of digital payments products rvices, from payment processing rchant Confidential to risk Confidential, fraud prevention, ta analytics.

The L2 Application Support position is a critical softwareerations team position that connects developers am members.

Reporting to the DevOps Manager, with a dotted line report to the local Head of Service Delivery, this role will see you support the Confidential with developing a deep underst of our platform, solutions, rious automation tools used for our digital pipelines CI / CD. You will be an escalation for the Support Team as we go through a large growth period in the payments, risk, commerce, shipping nking sectors.

What youll be doing

Build the future of our platform through close collaboration with our Development, Infrastructure, Support, oduct teams.

Hincoming support escalations through various channels ., phone, support portal, etc.

Develop strong technical expertise of all Alpha products derlying infrastructure

Support staff rtners with complex technical relating to our AlphaHub platform

Work with the Support Team on incident Confidential rk with global technical teams

Maintain ownership of critical incidents until resolved stigate problem Confidential

Assist ke ownership of Confidential of monitoring erting tools ocess

Collaborate with the Product Team to ensure operational requirements are not overlooked

Create articles for our internal knowledge bases are underst of our systems internally

Key stakeholder in Service Delivery model processto help shape our customer operations experiences

As this role is part of a global team serving global customers, the successful cte for the first three months, you will collaborate with teams from the United States rope on knowledge transfer aining.

This will require you to work the afternoon shift for the first three months before transitioning to Melbourne shift timings.

Some tools chnologies we use:
Prior experience of object-oriented programming either Java or .Net
Knowledge of application or API monitoring tools

Experience of running SQL queriesPrior exposure of cloud platforms desirable Azure or AWS

Prior use of GITKnowledge of CI/CD tools

Familiarity with automation tools
Experience of NoSQL Databases MongoDB

Youll need to have:
Minimum 3+ Years in Application Support L1, L2, L3

Underst of softwarelifecycle actices

Ability to work through challenging customer escalations atform issues

Strong interpersonal skills ceptional customer service skills

Patience, a positive attitude, a team player
