Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a Test Lead to join us in the Connected Journeys Testing team.
This role plays a critical role in ensuring CST systems comply with business requirements and solution design and are in alignment with the branch roadmap to enable the business to deliver its strategic vision, objectives and roadmap. The role leads and executes Quality and Test assurance solutions that deliver value and meet system and operational requirements.
Please note that this role is a fixed term full time contract till 30.06.2023. We work in a hybrid way, a mixture of working from home and in the office and we offer flexible working arrangements with lots of benefits.
What you will be involved in
Actively lead the manual and automation testing of diverse agile (some waterfall) programs of work, including website and apps, account based, single mobility account Opal systems, concessions and intelligent system initiatives.
Work within Agile delivery team and lead the test interaction with development team members, SMEs, operators and various users across multiple test phases.
Implement governance and controls to ensure that testing outcomes are delivered in accordance with quality and performance requirements.
Lead in scrum meetings and other meetings with various internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure that action plans are enforced, and that test artefacts align with quality standards.
You are an experienced hands-on Technical Test Lead with demonstrated knowledge of, and experience in agile development, both manual and automation testing, SQL and ticketing.
Crucial to your success in this role will be your excellent stakeholder management, team leading and coaching skills.
Youre someone who uses their own initiative to make things happen and you have a proven technical track record of success.
Able to work under pressure of tight deadlines and evolving requirements,

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Transport Service Grade 9 ($138,670 - $155,309) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
