Advisor, Communications And Stakeholder Engagement (Vpsg4)

We oversee more than 50 projects as a cornerstone of Victoria's Big Build, including some of the State's most important roads.

Our Strategic Communications team are champions in building strong support and strategic communication plans for all of our projects ensuring our stakeholder and local communities are engaged and informed of the projects that are important to them across Victoria. And that's where this role comes in
Join us in building better connections for Victoria by:

Working closely with your fellow MRPV Communications colleages and construction partners to develop clear and concise communication materials

Researching and writing high-quality, original communications material for media releases, fact sheets, publications, , brochures, project website and other content as required.

Leading the delivery of accurate weekly and monthly reporting on communications and stakeholder relations activity in relation to key MRPV construction projects you are assigned to

Responding to public enquiries in a timely and appropriate manner, in accordance with established protocols

Organising and coordinating logistics, meetings and communication with relevant Stakeholder Working Group. Further more this could extend to helping manage logistics for a range of communications activities and events, including community information sessions, launches, letterbox drops, corporate events and public and promotional events forkey MRPV construction projects you are assigned to
We are looking for a communications specialist who can call on experience producing high quality written communication materials. You'll be part of a dynamic team, so need to be comfortable withprioritising and managing tasks under pressure with competing deadlines...such is the nature of the Construction game :)

This role is a 3-year fixed term position and will ideally be based up to 3 days/week in our Geelong hub office (based in Highton).
