Itds Service Desk Analyst - Casual
We are looking for excellent communicators, with a passion for helping students, teachers and staff to resolve a wide range of incidents and service requests.
Our programs transform the lives of over 5,000 students from 75 different countries every year to develop the skills, confidence and credentials to prepare them for university.
As a Service Desk Analyst-Level 1(casual) you will share our deep commitment to supporting students, teachers and our staff, by being the first point of contact foruser'sIT incidents and service requests.
To be successful in this role you need to be an empathetic and skilled communicator with the ability to ask relevant questions that get to the heart of the user's IT issuesandprovide timely, accurate and customer-friendly support.
Our students and staff come from diverse backgrounds and, in addition to your IT skills,your ability to adapt your approach and communication style will see you flourish in this role.
We are also looking for:
Excellentcommunication skills and ability to effectively explain technical information to non-technical users
Excellent customer servicefocus and telephone manner
Prior experience in a direct customer service role on an IT Service Desk
Experience using a variety of PC software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Exchange, Windows and 10, and/or Mac
Availability to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 7pm,
Willingness to continually develop your skills and share knowledge with colleagues to continually build the effectiveness of the IT Service Desk team
Prior experience working in the Higher Education sector will be well regarded
This role is offered on aflexiblecasual contract.
