Seguin Moreau Australia is a leading global supplier of oak products for the wine and spirits industries. With cooperages in France and the USA, Seguin Moreau has been supplying oak to Australian producers for over 40 years and can be seen in many of the world's greatest fine wine and spirit barrel halls.
With ongoing growth ambitions, Seguin Moreau Australia is looking to increase its sales capacity to service the valued customer base. Based in Melbourne, Victoria, the role will encompass the management and development of an existing customer base through providing ongoing technical guidance and sales support with the ongoing demands for premium oak barrels and oak products. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager, the role will require you to be responsible for sales (existing and new customers), aftersales care, technical support, and representing the company at various shows and trade events.
This role full-time will require travel through Victoria's recognized wine regions and occasional travel interstate

*Passion and interest in the wine and spirits industry
*True commercial temperament with excellent tasting qualities
*Customer led service style which includes being an active listening and outcome orientated
*Ongoing prospecting or new business and leveraging the appeal of the broader portfolio of products
*Strong commercial planning skills and organization
*Negotiating and presenting a solution-orientated approach
*'can-do' attitude with an entrepreneurial and business development mindset.
*A current driver's license
*The commitment and success of the candidate could open opportunities within the company and the group
Salary will be based on International Internship in a company's standard and a motor vehicle allowance is included due to travel expectations.
