The Opportunity

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Metalcorpbusiness in our Bundabergteam as a Warehouse Team Member. Metalcorp is a leading rural Australian steel distributor, supplying brands for the land through our branches and stockists across Australia.

You'll join our dedicated small team in supportingour warehouse operations, ensuring our products and solutions are delivered in a safe and timely manner for our customers. No previous experience in warehousing or operations is necessary as you will receive ongoing training and support to learn all aspects of the role allowing for future career development opportunities.

This role is Monday to Friday working rotating weekly shifts where:
Week 1: 6am to 2pm
Week 2: 8:30am to 4:30pm

What Will You Do?
In this hands-on and varied role where you will learn and be responsible for receiving and storing materials, assembling and loading orders, and dispatchduties, you will also:
meet and greet with our valued customers
safely load and unloading of trucks and customer pickups
operate forklifts, cranes and other machine processing equipment including driving trucks (onsite only)
pick andpack from stock on-site to create specific orders
be responsible for the safety of yourself and your co-workers
ensure ahigh level of customer satisfaction through your service levels
