We are looking for an experienced BD all-rounder to join our Tmaki Makaurau / Auckland office. The ideal candidate will love working as part of a team and be familiar with the concepts of growth, sales, client relationship development and bid management.

This particular role will give you the unique opportunity to work on a range of ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) and Sustainability & Climate Change-related projects. We are looking for someone with previous experience and/or a strong demonstrable interest in these areas to help take our practice to the next level.

Other key responsibilities of the role include:

Taking an active advisory and execution role on the Firms go to market framework, strategic sectors, accounts, products and pursuits

Advising and working with stakeholders on complex opportunities or bids, including go/no go decisions, win strategy, value-proposition development, proposal roadmaps and response generation

Project managing the RFP process end-to-end including managing inputs from a variety of stakeholders (including gathering, organising, interpreting and collating data from various sources)
Working with partners and teams and our marketing communications specialists to develop and execute campaigns that deliver client insight and differentiated experiences

Drive the PwC Experience through the Three Client Principles: understanding value, seeking client feedback and agreeing value exchanged.

Previous experience, strong knowledge or demonstrable interest in ESG, Sustainability & Climate Change matters

7+ years experience successfully advising on major sales strategies, priority accounts and bids and opportunities

Degree qualified with in-depth and relevant experience at executive level within a B2B or professional services environment

Ability to adapt to, influence and collaborate with a broad range of working styles and personalities in a dynamic, deadline driven environment

Strong people skills with the ability to quickly build trust, credibility and rapport with senior stakeholders
Collaborative team player bringing a track record of working successfully as a member of multidisciplinary sales and marketing communications teams

Able to effectively prioritise and juggle multiple competing requirements from development through to execution.
