Project Support Officer

The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Project Support Officer to be partof our South Australian Research and Development Institute (SARDI)Division within the Department of Primary Industries andRegions.

The Project Support Officer is part of the Agronomy Program inthe Crop Sciences research division within the South AustralianResearch and Development Institute (SARDI). The role contributes todelivering SARDIs priority of leading and conductinginnovative research to increase productivity of our primaryindustries for the benefit of South Australia.
The primary purpose of the role is to provide support forexternally funded research projects undertaken by the SARDIAgronomy program and to assist the Program Leader of Agronomy inthe day-to-day operations of the Agronomy program. Based at theWaite campus, the Project Support Officer will contribute todelivering administrative tasks supporting agronomy researchprojects.

Full time role located at Waite campus
To be eligible for this position applicants must be an Australian Citizen or hold a visa that permits you to work in Australia
Possession of a current drivers license and willingness to drive is required
Willingness to undertake inter / intrastate travel including overnight absences
You acknowledge your work, health and safety obligations and our expectations
A Senior First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain will be required
