Nikkei Bar is looking for an experienced Commis Chef for an immediate . This position is a ongoing position, working 38 hours weekly based in Surry Hills, .
The Commis Chef will be responsible for the following duties
Prepare ok food according to recipes ecifications in line with company sts;
Adjust dishes to customers' preferences lergy requirements when needed;
Look after kitchen procedures ign them with business operations;
Preparing budget with Confidential for kitchen operations;
Conduct stock take der raw materials from different suppliers;
Ensure stock rotation nimum wastage;
Ensure adherence to food hygiene regulations port maintenance hygiene zard issues;
Assisting Confidential with the hiring of kitchen staff.
For this position it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications, skills rk experience
Minimum Diploma of Hospitality Level
At least 3 years of relevant experience within the hospitality industry.
Strong communication adership skills
Keen interest in current trends in food oking techniques, continuous learning
Ability to work under pressure. Excellent verbal itten communication
High sts of cleanliness giene
Ability to do several tasks at once under pressure
Creativity agination for food presentation
