Pilot Researcher II
Should have good knowledge and hands on experience over handling of equipment like, reactors, ANFD, centrifuges, spray dryer, RVD etc.
Work closely on new product scale up in pilot plant with respect to unit operations.
Prepare the detailed observation report on the running products.
Record transactions in ERP online during batch execution.
Prepare & perform HAZOP sheets, QLEA & HIRA as and when required.
Should be ready to travel to other sites for technology transfer.
Interact with cross-functional departments to troubleshoot the operational related issues.
Responsible for initiating and implementing the change controls related to modifications or new equipment installation. Should be able to closely monitor and understand the qualification of the equipment (DQ, IQ & OQ).
Should be ready to work in shifts.
Should have sound knowledge of occupational safety and process safety.
