Roles and Responsibilities

Emailing customers
Managing customer related issues/queries from start to end on all platforms - email; phone; social media
In-store sales
Liaison between the operations and customer care team
Manage customer care on all CRM platforms
Needs to know how to use fresh desk or similar platforms
Needs to have worked on CRM tech platforms or have basic knowledge
Hard working and not afraid of a challenge
