Sales Development Representative

Your Area of Responsibility:
Generate qualified lead through outbound campaigns (cold calls,emails) for the NorAm / Europe / APAC regions to generate pipeline Understand the company offering & appropriately communicate brand identity and corporate position Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest Understand customer needs and requirements Respond to prospects requests for more information on our offering Record daily sales activities in Hubspot CRM to track interactions with prospects and customers and opportunity description to the stakeholder Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory Attend periodic sales/product training where applicable What we’re looking for: Proven 1-2 years sales develpment experience Willing to make dozens of outbound cold calls each day Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm High level of integrity and work ethic Track record of over-achieving quota Strong phone presence and experience dealing dozens of calls per day Experience working on a CRM Excellent verbal and written communications skills Strong listening and presentation skills Candidates having experience talking to US customers would be preferred
