Guide the team tbuild the Insights tool from the ground up, whilst still being comfortable being hands on tbegin with
Partner with Product Managers on the product roadmap, advocating for the Engineering perspective and setting the technical direction
Uplift the within the team through 1

Provide technical leadership including code reviews
Create and maintain psychologically safe team environments tempower them tbe their most productive selves, building robust and scalable product features
About you
Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally in a hyper- Growth environment
Successful track record building products from scratch
Ability tnavigate a complex ecosystem, knowing when and whtpull in for cross functional collaboration
Experience in working in SaaS or product led organisations would be highly regarded
A keen interest in identifying and solving user pain points
