Grow Client's market share on all product ranges.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, Competitor activities, market segment strategies.
Develop and execute an annual growth plan.
Develop and execute marketing promotions and strategies.
Maximizing opportunities by making regular customer visits to existing customers and potential new customers
Maintains professional and technical knowledge of the industry.
Partners with sales channels available to provide technical support.
Contributes towards sales objectives and strategic goals by working as a team with all sales staff.
Serves as main point of contact between customer and internal sales.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations, and following up on all outstanding matters.
Ensures a healthy relationship is build and kept in respect of customer accounts, through partnering up with them to achieve strategies and goals and offering training.
Manage sales cycle effectively from identifying an opportunity to purchase order placement.
Keep all customer information up to date and current.
Prepare and submit Company technical and commercial proposals for products/services in response to the customer’s request.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as required.
Have strong people skills.
Completes special projects assigned by management on a timely basis.
Performs other various duties as assigned.
