As the Account Manager putting the customer first is your number one priority to ensure you are creating an exceptional customer experience. You understand teamwork is critical to achieving this success. Working in conjunction with the Branch Manager you will help drive a culture of work smarter not harder, through innovation, continuous improvement and efficiencies.
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Generate new opportunities to build on existing client base
Keen to join a high-performing team in a supportive team culture
Strong business acumen and reporting skills
About your experience
You are a proactive and engaging team player with a customer-centric focus, who has a passion for account management. You enjoy operating autonomously and have a high level of integrity. Proven networking skills and an ability to build and strengthen customer relationships, across different construction segments.
A proven sales record in Construction, Engineering, or Manufacturing industries
Develop and Maintain Customer Relationships
Have strong time management and communication skills
Eager to join a high-performing team and industry leader
Willingness to learn and grow as your career develops
Exceptional negotiation skills
Strong demonstration of achieving KPIs
The ability to positively engage with key stakeholders
Preferred understanding of Construction Industry including Reinforcing.
Valid driver’s licence
