About the role
As the Executive Assistant to the VP and/or Head within our Digital teams, you'll be working autonomously and providing high-level administrative support. Based at our Macquarie Park head office, your key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:
Diary Management (robust scheduling and proactive communication)
Produce high quality documentation (agendas, presentations, board papers, weekly and monthly reports, etc)
Meeting and Event Management (room bookings, catering and material collation/distribution)
Travel and expense management
Liaise effectively with other business Executive Assistants, both internally and externally to schedule and coordinate appointments.
New starter management, property management and team relocation
Support the team and other Directors when required
You’re an experienced Executive Assistant working within a similar large fast paced corporate environment. You have the ability to demonstrate advanced interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively at Executive level and with corporate internal/external individuals.
This role may require discretion and confidentiality at times, as well as the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Your high level of personal commitment coupled with your flexibility to manage critical issues outside of general business hours will be highly regarded. Additionally, your stellar strengths include:
