The Production Operator's objective is to safely comply with all policies, procedures and processes authorised by Reid Construction Systems to ensure manufacture of products from any of the production cells.

Target Zero Injuries by commitment to sites safety culture and activities;
Ensure Reid Construction Systems policies, procedures and processes are being followed;
Operation of work cell;
Cell Output achievement within budgeted costs and quality specifications;
Involved with trouble shooting of equipment or other issues;
Maintaining TPM of equipment;
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
On-time delivery of product to internal and external customers to the specified cost and quality;
Keep the Cell Lead informed of production issues, Line performance;
Operates, sets, adjusts production machinery and equipment;
Reads and works from production drawings;
Involved with Weekly Toolbox meetings, communications; and
Compliance with Product Quality requirements and approved/set standards.
To be successful in this position you will have:
Minimum 3 years' production environment experience;
Have a sound knowledge and comprehension in manufacturing processes;
Courage, passion and determination (commitment to goal attainment);
Results and team focused; and
Good communication skills.
